6th Task:Favourite pice of art

Tell me what is the most remarkable piece of art work in your opinion, which is the one you like and admire most.

I was trying to think in the piece of art work that I like most...there are so many which are outstanding, beautiful, breathtaking, amazing. Among those I think of great painters, architects, film makers, poets, writers, designers, musicians, composers, dancers etc.

We human beings are capable of creating such beauty and horror as well.

For the time being my favorite piece of art is "The shooting of may third 1808", which reflects the time when French invaded Spain in 1808.The painting was made in 1812 after his wife died. It belongs to the post war period.He had stopped painting for the royalty and had decided to paint for himself. This and other paintings was the way in which he processed war.He did it in the last period of his life.

Hey!

I just want to tell you how good I feel.

We had such an interesting class yesterday, all of us learned something...a little bit about stem cells, lab experiments with white mice and the creation of new cell, thanks to Pablo. We also felt sorry for boys who develop Duchenne´s muscular distrophy, but you never know may be Paula is one of the persons who finds a cure for it.

We were amazed by the costumes for Medea play designed by Belen and we also learned a little about Alexia´s career on film and watch parts of videos that she showed us.

Hope we have wonderful presentations on thursday.
